At Prince Food Systems our philosophy is pretty simple: prepare great food from scratch, using the freshest ingredients, served in generous portions, while keeping the prices at a level that customers find reasonable. This takes people who are motivated, care about quality, are well trained, and are oriented for success. The men and women at Prince Food Systems are professionals. Food service is a daily challenge, and the management team at Prince is committed to meeting this challenge.

    In order to become a member of the Prince management team a manager must have a minimum of four years of previous cafeteria or restaurant experience. References are thoroughly checked, and applicants must undergo pre-employment testing by an outside, non-biased firm. They are analyzed for honesty and integrity; a full credit history and a criminal background check are also done. Additionally, all applicants are required to pass a drug test. Only then can an applicant begin training as an assistant manager.
    Each new manager is on a 60-day probation during which his or her skills and attitude are evaluated. Only the very best can be considered for a permanent management position with Prince. Our standards are high because we demand the best from our team.  No other food service company expects so much from their management, but we know that our clients and customers rely on Prince to provide the best. This is what it takes to be the best.  


Training of all employees is done on site, with new employees working side by side with senior employees. The Prince system requires good basic knowledge in food preparation. New employees spend hundreds of hours learning the art of dicing, slicing, chopping and hand breading. These are essential skills to be a Prince employee because we prepare all of our delicious entrees, vegetables, salads and desserts from scratch every day. 


    We are dedicated to the quality of our operations from the customer's plate to the loading dock. Our standards are maintained through a number of programs including a safety inspection and reward program, a sanitation review program, and a daily, weekly and quarterly audit program that covers everything from food temperatures to customer service. All of our clients receive unedited copies of these audits.


  In today's world of convenience food, we have preserved the art of cooking from scratch instead of following the path of many of our competitors. Our hot food lines are the most popular part of our operations because truly good food made from scratch has become so hard to find. Every customer we have is bombarded with fast food choices everywhere they go; we offer something better- delicious hot meals made from scratch!
