    We have a management support team committed to operating excellence, and we actively coach the unit managers to exceed both client expectations and our standards of operation. Not only do our managers get a lot of attention from the corporate office support staff, our clients do too. 
    Our District Managers and our Chief Operating Officer meet regularly with clients to review our performance and forecast coming months.
    We audit different areas of each unit's performance at least six times a year. Included in these audits are a quality evaluation, a safety and a financial audit. These audits are shared with our clients unedited.
    After having served our customers for over seventy-five years in venues as varied as quick service, gourmet restaurants, and cafeterias, we have a real understanding of what customers expect to see in a corporate dining program and how it should look and taste.
    Prince's fine dining background has provided for our success in catering. From seven-course dining for fifty to BBQ for two thousand, or even a light supper for just a few during those late business meetings- our catering skills have been making our clients happy for over 75 years.
    Our volume of purchasing in our units gives us not only leverage with suppliers for the best product at the right price, but also real dollar savings that we are able to pass through to our clients.
    More importantly, we do not have supplier agreements that prohibit our managers from finding the best product for their operation. Whether it's strawberries, fish, bagels or steaks, we are going to find the best purveyor for our clients, and it's not necessarily going to be the biggest one or the one that sells us most of our other groceries.
    Clients today are looking for a partner, not a contractor requiring supervision. We are your partner.     Our clients vary in size from three hundred employees to over seven thousand employees and from heavy industrial plants to health care facilities. Many of our clients have tried other contracting companies before they chose Prince. Entrees are prepared using recipes developed over years of fine dining and full service restaurant experience. The chicken fried steak is big and it's always hand-breaded; the shrimp and chicken are marinated and grilled to perfection. We know how important it is to offer a wide selection of freshly cooked vegetables.  We have hundreds of Prince recipes to keep it fresh and offer as many as 14 different choices every day! 

 

All of our recipes have been developed in our Corporate kitchens for the most discriminating taste.  We use only the finest ingredients and prepare our delicious entrees and vegetables from scratch each day.

   

When we developed our Lite and Healthy Foods program for our cafeterias, we took special care to create a program that was much more inventive and exciting than just broiled chicken and fish.  From turkey chili with wild rice, to our delicious crust-less quiche there is a healthy option you are sure to love.  This program has been successful for us because it offers so many new items.

   

Desserts are baked on site. There are so many different homemade pies and cakes available daily it's hard to choose!  We even offer sugar free and healthy dessert options.
